Some additional documents are required when minors apply for a short-stay visa to Italy.

  • A birth certificate of the minor
  • An Italy visa application form that both parents must sign
  • If the parents are not traveling, A letter from both parents granting permission for the minor to travel and confirming they will take on financial responsibility for the trip
