Getting a Germany visa was a bit complicated in the last couple of years due to the appointment’s unavailability.
However, one big difference that comes recently is………
The German embassy no longer directly handles Schengen tourist visas. They have appointed VFS Global Center for short-term German visas since April 2023. And this is effective from 02 May 2023.
This means, you no longer need to wait for months just to get an appointment from the embassy. Since the documents are handled by the VFS, they are the ones providing faster document receive and delivery service. VFS doesn’t even require a prior appointment.
