How to Apply Dubai, UAE Visa From Bangladesh?

UAE Transit Visas from Bangladesh

Dubai Is A ‘Transit’ Hub!

Bangladeshi citizens can also travel to a third country using any United Arab Emirates airport as a transit hub and need to avail transit visa before the flight to enter the country. 

The United Arab Emirates issue two different transit visas:

  • 48-hours transit visa 
  • 96-hours transit visa

While the 48 hours transit visa is free of charge, the 96 hours transit visa has an issuance fee of 50 AED. Please note that, once a 48 hours visa is issued, you can no longer extend/change your visa to 96 hours. So, fix your plan before you apply for a visa.

Only the UAE-based airlines you travel with can arrange the transit visa. Third-party agencies can also handle visa issuance, but it must be processed through the same airlines you are flying with.

To get a UAE Transit visa, you need the following documents:

  • A valid passport with at least 3 months validity (6 months for 96 hours visa)
  • A recent passport photo with white background
  • Onward ticket for the next destination. The ticket must be confirmed and paid.

Refundable Deposit For Dubai Visa

One of the biggest burdens of a UAE visa is refundable deposit money, which depends on the type of visa. The amount is approx. 3000 dirhams. 

But Once you return from UAE to Bangladesh, you get your deposit money right back.

No doubt about it.

This is the rule of the government of the United Arab Emirates that whoever applies for a visa on your behalf or sponsors must put in a deposit. You can only get the deposit money back when you return from the country.

Can You Work With Dubai Visitor Visa?

We don’t advise working on a visitor visa.

When can I enter the UAE after visa approval?

You can enter the UAE the very next moment after visa approval. But the last day of entry is the day 58th from the approval (printed on the visa copy. After your entry, your visa type will define the valid stay period.

If it’s valid for 30 days, you must exit the country on the 30th day or before. 

Travelers can enter and exit from any port/border of the United Arab Emirates. During your stay in the United Arab Emirates, you can stay in any of the 7 Emirates. There are no restrictions whatsoever.
