There are 5 basic steps to getting your visa approved:
Step 1: Prepare and gather all the required documents
This is the most basic thing you’ll have to face no matter whether you apply. Normally, documents for Schengen visas are more or less the same as they all maintain a standard practice. All member states follow a common guideline called Schenge Visa codes.

Step 4: Submit Your Application file and give Biometrics & Interview
Print the Schengen application form and prepare all the required documents for submission to the embassy.

Step 5: Collect your Passport
Once the consulate makes the decision, they will ask you to collect the Passport. In the meantime, you can track the status online.

The processing time for a Czech Republic Schengen visa from Bangladesh usually takes 15-20 days. Depending on the application time, and complexity of your case, it might take additional time.
Once your visa has been approved, you will receive a notification from the embassy to collect your passport both on your email and provided phone number.
The general rule is to collect the passport by yourself. In case you’re unable to take the passport, you can send someone with the authorization letter.

If your documents are other than English or French, it needs to be translated into English. Depending on the type and number of documents, the cost varies. For translation, the typical cost of translation per page is 200-500 BDT. For notarization, it costs 30-100 BDT.
Now it comes to processing fees or professional fees by Visa consultants or lawyers. The charges range from 20,000 – 50,000 BDT.
